We’ve created our own types of unique annual shooting events here at CrossRoads. They are designed to be fun, family-friendly and something to look forward to year-round!

Wally Wray Tournament of Champions
TAKES PLACE IN FEBRUARY
Multi-day shooting event in honor of and celebrating Wally Wray, to inspire shooters to keep their fundamental marksmanship skills sharp, no matter what their age or capability. “Aim small, miss small.”
Top Shot wins a Smith and Wesson Victory ($409 retail value). Second and third place prizes TBD. All participants, even those who do NOT advance to tournament day, will be put into $500, 50/50 raffle*!
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
1) Register here: https://goo.gl/forms/
2) Pay the $45 entry fee in the store.
3) Shoot the qualification target using any pistol caliber/sights/red dot/laser and your own ammo during designated times.
There are no age restrictions or divisions.
COURSE OF FIRE FOR THE QUALIFICATION TARGET:
5 shots freestyle at each bullseye at the following distances 5, 7, 10, 15, 20, 25 yards.
Top 20 shooters will be notified and advance to the tournament.
The course of fire for the tournament will be revealed the day of the tournament. We will provide the guns and ammo for the day. Spectators welcome!
*$250 cash for you and $250 donated to a charity of the family’s choice
The Haunted Range Experience

Are you ready for the creepiest live-fire shooting experience in Central Iowa! No RSVP needed!
Cost: $25 for non-members and $20 for members. Price does not include normal lane rental on Ranges A and B.
Costumes: Wear one and get two dollars off
When: Members get first shots on Friday, then we open the rest of the weekend up to the public.
How: Just like normal lane shooting except with awesome Halloween decorations. Time limit of 1 hour and waivers need to be completed before entering the range.
***Strobe lights will be in use during this event***
Drop The Ball
Our New Years Eve event!
Using your own gun and ammo, pop the balloon to drop the ball for entries into the prize drawing. If you don’t pop the balloon on your first five tries, you can pay to reshoot. Each balloon popped is an entry, maximum five entries per person into the drawing.
