Intro to AR Platform Rifles and Carbines Part 1

This 2 hour clinic will cover the following for AR- platform rifles and carbines:
Description of Parts, Capabilities, Clearing, Disassembly, Cleaning & Lubrication, Reassembly, Functions Check, Loading and Unloading, Cycle of Functions, and Immediate Actions. There will be a brief discussion of zeroing, this will be based on the .223Rem & 5.56mm version of the AR platform.
If you are looking for information on zeroing 7.62×39 or .300Blk please make that comment when registering for the class. The overall content for the course will be applicable for multiple calibers, however zeroing gets very specific to caliber and a few other variables.
Students will need to bring their personal AR to the class.
Students who register for the AR clinic will have the option of registering for a 2-hour range session to be held at a later date.
There will be NO LIVE AMMUNITION allowed in the classroom. Please bring your AR cleared and cased. An empty magazine and dummy round or snap cap are suggested, but not required.
